Princess Margaret Hospital

PMH timeline display

In December 2014, past and present staff joined Minister for Health, Dr Kim Hames, and A/Director General of Health, Professor Bryant Stokes, to unveil ‘It started with threepence’, a commemorative timeline depicting key milestones and achievements of our hospital’s history.

“PMH is a much-loved institution, held dear in the hearts of the many Western Australians who have been associated with the hospital over its long history,” Dr Hames said.

Sponsored by the hospital’s largest fundraising body, Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation (PMH Foundation), the timeline features a giant photographic illustration of past staff and patients.

The timeline will be on display until PMH moves to PCH in late 2016.
