Consumer Advisory Council

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) Consumer Advisory Council provides a partnership between CAHS – which includes PCH – and children, young people and their families and carers.

This includes involvement with: 

  • strategic, operational and service delivery plans
  • policy, procedures, practices, protocols
  • legislative compliance reporting

The Council provides a formal partnership between consumer representatives and the CAHS leadership group, with the aim of improving the patient experience and promoting excellence in patient and family-centred care.
