To apply for a medical position you must have a basic medical degree that is eligible for registration with the Medical Board of WA.

Applicants who are not currently employed by the Child and Adolescent Health Service must submit along with your application forms a current CV, two referee reports and a separate statement addressing the selection criteria (the selection criteria can be found on the Job Description Form).
Applicants currently employed by the Child and Adolescent Health Service who are applying for the same position you are currently in, only need to send in with the application forms a current CV and two referee reports. You do not need to address the selection Criteria.
Applicants currently employed by the Child and Adolescent Health Service who are applying for a different position than the one you are currently in, need to send in a full application with a current CV, two referee reports and a separate statement addressing the selection criteria.
